Sipi is the region where high-quality organic Arabica coffee is grown. Due to the high altitude, mostly higher than 1800 meters above sea level, the climate, and the soil, these coffee beans have their great quality.

One of the highlight of visiting Sipi is a coffee tour that walks you through the whole process.

You will learn all the steps from picking the coffee berries, the different ways how to dry the beans, to shelling them, grinding them with a traditional mortar and pestle.

You will be roasting your coffee beans on an open fire, and – of course – finishing with a fine cup of strong Arabica coffee.

You will have the chance to buy organic Arabica coffee powder, or beans, to take home and enjoy your coffee, remembering your experience at Sipi and knowing exactly where this coffee came from.
